please enable debug options via voyager : configuration -> routing -> routing options you can enable the options for the protocol you'd like to get some debug. the log file is /var/log/ipsrd.log as far as I remember. (find / -name ipsrd.log should show you the correct path).
do you try with or without fw running. ? Both, no difference.
