We have two Internet connections through our FW-1, one is a FR line and the other is an ADSL connected through a proxy server in our DMZ. We are using socks port 1080 in the ADSL setting to access the Internet. How can I be sure that only outgoing connections are allowed and that incoming ones will be rejected by proxy or FW-1??? I've seen references stating that a wrong configuration of socks service can allow bidirectional communications.
