[FW-1] SMTP Security Server

I currently have CP 4.1 SP3 with forbidden files setup.  The files that are supposed to be blocked are getting stripped and all other file attachments are getting through like they should.  However, what is getting stripped is read receipts, delivery conformation, and if a "postmaster" returns a message if there was a problem delivery to a mailbox or the mailbox is full something of that nature.  The setting listed below is in my :props section of objects.C.    Anyone has experience with this type of problem?                     :smtp_encoded_content_field (true)                 :smtp_multi_encoding (true)                 :smtp_composite_encoding (true)                 :smtp_rfc821 (false)
