We just had a user who could not access ftp server (uses the usual user@user@ftp_server etc.).
Tried myself using dialup Internet connection and users's credentials - it worked for me !? Only thing different is that user is using a satellite connection and has a private address (NAT'd somewhere by satellite provider). Now I know SecureRemote is affected by this setup by I wasn't aware that basic User Authentication was - is it ?
