When I ran NW5 a couple of years ago, we had the same problem. The problem WAS the MTU where packets were fragmented and not assembled correctly. Reducing the MTU from 1500 to something like 576 worked for us. I also seem to recall this was a problem with FWZ and not IKE. Hope this helps. Fred
