Yes,

The www account is needed for Voyager access. It is like the service account
in ISS.

Even if he logs into the box using the console, he still can not log into
voyager if he deleted the only voyager account.

I had assumed he meant he deleted the admin account when he said www
account. I appologize if I made an incorrect assumption here.
