The only user you can delete from voyage is the admin or monitor users, or
any users you have created.

The web server itself runs as root or nobody, which you can not
delete through voyager AFAIK.

This is why I said if he deleted the account he would have no way of
logging in through voyager. Unfortunately these are the same accounts as
the console login, so if he can not log into voyager, he can not log into
the OS either.

If he actually did delete the nobody user, then yes voyager would not
operate correctly at all. This would also definitely cause problems.
