It is recommended that you install it not attached to the domain.  You
should configure it to be a stand-alone server.  My firewall is actually
configured to be attached to a workgroup.  But of course it doesn't look or
care about that.

When installing FW-1 with NT SRV 4, is it reccomended to install the SRV in
it's own domain or install it as a member server of an existing domain? It
should anyway have nothing to do with the domain on the "inside"??
