Hi Bill, Thanks for the reply. I ran the command
fwm -g my_policy.W but it clearly does not work for NG FP2. It only merged the rules to rulebases.fws and not rulebases_5_0.fws; and the GUI seems to only recognise the rulebases from rulebase_5_0.fws. Does Check Point have any other special commands for merging NG rulebases? I really hope Check Point does not make maintenance-type commands like "fwm -g" go obsolete in NG FP2 as this would definitely be an inconvenience to many system admins.
