[FW-1] FP2 to FP3 Upgrade on Win2k

Just attempted an upgrade to FP3. Upgrade of the software went ok, however could not install the policy at all. When installing the policy, it would fail with errors, however it would show what errors it fails on ! very annoying. Platform is win2k server sp3 running FP2. Anyone come across this problem ?   Joe :-(
