I run FP2 on W2K SP2, no issues...(I use mainly auto-NAT and some manual), so long as you have the hot-fixes!

Go back to NT40 or use Solaris or Linux. Windows 2000 has major ARP
issues (statement from inside CP itself).

W2K sucks big time in combination with CP and CP is not the one to blame
i assure you.

Start investing in, for example, Linux knowledge. It's worth it !
