Lars:

Probably the license for your SecureRemote users is expired. They are
free--just go to your UserCenter account, download a new SecureRemote
license, and install it on the gateway.

Subject: [FW-1] Sofaware in the new year

After turning into a new year all sofaware boxes stopped working. The
external user profile has not expired and a reboot doesn't help. Normal
Securemote/SecureClient sessions works just fine. The error message we're
getting is:

reason: Refused Topology request. User unknown.
It is dropped by rule 0. Before this error message we have an accepted log
entry for FW1_topo and the info field says:

Policy name XYZZZ
Created at: Fri Jan 03.....
Installed from: our_firewall_object

We did not change anything before it stopped working.

Lars
