The Firewall returns the following message when trying to save new objects, or services in firewall through the CPMI:   "THE CHANGES COULD NOT BE SAVED. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL FIREWALL-1 SERVICES ARE UP AND RUNNING.
