I am considering upgrading to running NG on top of SecurePlatform an Intel hardware to get the best value for the highest throughput, but my major concern is the support I can expect from Checkpoint when issues between their secured version of RedHat is not behaving properly with NG.
What are some of your experiences with Checkpoint's support of the unlying O/S?
I certainly don't want to get a response from their tech-support of, "gosh, that's an O/S issue and we can't help you with that."
