Agreed.  Wether firewall or standard office application, the old saying still is valid:
In most cases the problem sits in front of the computer..   ;-)

We encountered stability problems with NT in high network load situations, though. We 
used  Raptor FW on NT (SP3), had crashes ~ a dozen times a day.  Switching to a Sun 
box of similar price/performance (U60) solved all stability problems.   I
do not know anything (for better or worse) about this issue for CKP FW-1.
