[FW1] Update Time Estimate

I'm looking at upgrading our FW-1 4.0 SP5 to FW-1 4.1 and I'm wondering how long this process will take?  Looking for both a clean install time frame and just an upgrade time frame.   TIA   Jason LaFlair.
