Hi Olav,

try this:

This message is displayed if eManager is unable to access the ScanMail
directory, for example the "share" status has been removed or restricted. 
Solution: To resolve the issue,

1. Verify that the ScanMail directory remains shared.

2. Verify that the account used by eManager has adequate permission to
access to the share. (In Control Panel, open Services and locate the
eManager services. Double-click and check the values shown under "Log On
As:").
