Subject: [FW1] Hardening NT for FW-1
We are trying to "hardening" a NT by adjusting some of its registry on which
Checkpoint 4.0 is running.
Does "CachedLogonsCount" use REG_SZ or REG_WORD? Phoneboy and DeathStar is
one or the other!
Does "ShutdownWithoutLogon" use REG_SZ or REG_WORD? Is the Data 0 or 1?
What should be the data for "RequireSecuritySignature"? Is it 1?
Am I safe to state that SZ is for a string of characters where as WORD is
for hex (0, 1, 2)?
Your pointers are appreciated.
Thanks,
Ivan
