Is the 4th box in the nodemap.cfg of all the others? Does it have the
correct fw putkey shared secrets for communicating with the others? If its
state table is consistently behind that of the others, it is most likely
not listening to the sync enhancements that Rainwall is doing. Check
rainwall.cfg on that box and make sure EnhancedFWSync(1) is there. I'd
also double check the policy rules if they are different from those on
other nodes.
