as you're in the US I dont expect you to be able to help but.... here
in Europe (ha ! uk) apparently a new European bill of human rights is
supposed to be implemented in about October.
This bill is supposed to affect the monitoring of email and also Internet
usage policy documents...so If anyone has any information on this I'd
really appreciate it.
