Another idea: give the users different SMTP addresses in their MS-Echange
properties, e.g. allowed users get [EMAIL PROTECTED], internal-only users get
USER@adinet

Then create an SMTP Allow rule with resource that matches From: +*@adinet.com.uy To:

With this only users with a valid SMTP address (as set in Exchange) can send mail.
Second advantage would be that you still have one central user management for your
mail.
