Hi,
I second this problem...i have faced a similiar sort of problem with http
next proxy as MS proxy wherein the yahoo login page reappears even after i
filled in the login id and password and pressed login. This problem occurs
continously. I took another proxy as a replacement.:-(

Subject: [FW1] MS-Proxy and FW-1 cascade
Hello,
I am having trouble with MS Proxy defined as next proxy on the Checkpoint
2000, NT.
I use the http security server with an URI-definition as follows:
general-tab: proxy, transparent
match-tab: scheme: http; methods: get, post; host: *:*; path: *; Query: *
action-tab: nothing
If I go to Internet-pages where you have to logon yourself (i.e.
www.gmx.de or www.topmail.de) and then push the login-button a redirection
problem
occurs.
Because of this the webpage will not be displayed or you get an error "a
redirection problem occurs" or "bad request - your browser sent a request
that this server could not understand".
The problem does not persist, if I use another proxy-server like the
CSM-proxy. But the problem also does not exist, if I replace the firewall-1
against a CSM-Proxy. So I think it is specifically a problem in the
combination
of FW-1 and MS-Proxy set as next proxy.
Does anybody have experience with this kind of constellation ? If anybody
would be able to reconstruct that environment I would be very interested in
the experiences.
Thank you very much.
Ralf
