Why am I surprise??? Checkpoint, that company that loves it's customers so
muchhhhhhhh.
I just got my V.4.1 media pack and went to upgrade our 250 node licence from
V.4.0 to V.4.1. So what happens, Checkpoint comes back and says that we have no
support contract!!! To make matters worst, they now say that our licence is only
for 25 nodes.
We only paid about $10,000 in February to upgrade the number of nodes and the
S/W subs to 250 nodes. I have the "licence" to prove it and a slight hole in our
S/W budget.
Does anyone know of some contact point who will listen and get something
done!!!!
