Ahem...let me clarify.  Being a technical and not a marketing person, I answered
to the theoretical
possibility of StoneBeat FullCluster working with different levels of Solaris
(2.6 and 2.7 on each
of two nodes, for example).  Which is technically correct.

However, I would have to conceed that Jack's recommendation against it is a
valid one.
I would strongly recommend that ANY HA solution run on the same OS level and
patch set,
otherwise you're introducing too many other possibilities for problems or
errors.  For Solaris systems,
I'd suggest that you run them with Solaris 7 (32-bit) and the latest
7_Recommended.zip set of
patches from Sun (available at http://sunsolve.sun.com/ ) in general.  Keeping
any network component
and the network design as simple as possible is always a good thing.
