I am trying to allow Remote Control with Intel LanDesk 6.3. I have opened
tcp ports 1761,1762 for specific internal users to the DMZ area through our
firewall. LanDesk also uses random udp ports.

I have tried to include udp-high-ports in the rules allowing access but this
isn't giving me remote control ability.

The initial remote control screen outlines and I see a connection in the fw1
logs, but it then dies (i guess when the udp packets get lost, dropped, etc)

Searching Intel's site, I see you can statically define the udp ports the
remote control client will use, but can't find any instructions on how to do
this.

Can anyone shed some light here?

thanks...
