host implies a destination ,
gateway implies...well a gateway, or router, to another net.

Subject: [FW1] Firewall as gateway or host - What is the difference

Hi,

The firewall documentation states the firewall should be defined, in the
Workstation Properties box, as a GATEWAY and not HOST.

What is the difference and what does it matter whether it is a gateway or
host?

Bryan
