You need to but a license for each internal
user/system(IP) that the firewall is protecting.
The internal is defined as all interfaces not
defined as external(cat $FWDIR/conf/external.if)

If your using a proxy, then the firewall will not see
anyone who passes through it. Legally, I think you
need to buy a license for each user/system(IP addr)
even though the firewall will not see them or log them
as a violation. :-)
