Seeing only Decrypt packets from a securemote session is pretty normal.
That's what we get here too.

as for not getting information from the 'network neighborhood', are you
using an internal wins server?   If I don't include anything in the WINS
configuration on the workstation at home, I can't browse the network at all.
But when I add it, it populates everything the same as it is at the office.

Make sure that you have a rule that will allow WINS queries etc...

(Don't know if this is of any help, but I fought with this for a while too
so I figure that any information is good. :)
