The memory management options you can set on the Server Service allow
you to tweak the memory usage of that service. You can allot more
memory for file sharing or more for network apps (other processes and
services). It only affects the Server service and how much memory it
is using, mainly for file caching. It has no effect on any other
memory management in the system (non-swappable, kernel, pagefile,
etc) or process management (thread priorities, etc).
