If you have the *.W, then you may open it looking up in the File/Open menu.
If it is not in the policy list, then something bad is happening and you may
install it manually.
To install it manually you may entry:
fw load <$FWDIR/conf/policy_name.W> <target>
the target can be an IP address or a resolvable name in the /etc/hosts file
