Well, the messages says it all.

Let's have a look at fw.logtrack. Most propably you'll see some lines 
like in this example:

AccountFileId  NormalFileId  LogFileName
---------------------------------------------------
924773100     924773100      /opt/CKPfw/log/19990610
970200000     970200000      /opt/CKPfw/log/19990611
954448606
929138100     929138100      /opt/CKPfw/log/19990612

Do you by any chance notice anything wrong here? Right! Corrupt 
entries in fw.logtrack!

Just delete these entries. Will be all fine then.
