[FW1] impossible to install rules with GUI client

Fw1 4.1 SP1, MC on a Nt box,FW on a ultra box
The configuration is coming from a version 4.0.

I can install rules with command line, but when I want to use the GUI
client, the install window is coming and then ... nothing ??

any idea .;
