Your employees are *not* your family, they are not loved ones,
most of them probably don't even _like_ you.  They are more
akin to the thugs walking around inside your house, and you'd
better be darn sure you are watching them, and they they know
it.  More companies suffer greater loss because of the notion 
that their employees are their buddies and that they would
never do anything to harm the company.
