Hello. I'm having problem with FW-1 4.1 SP2 running on a Nokia IP650 with
IPSO 3.3. Actually, this is the second time we've had the same problem. I
was adding a SecuRemote license to the enforcement point with:
fwstop; fw putlic <key and options>; fwstart
from the command line. This caused the box to lock. It was no longer even
responding through a directly-connected console server. Hard reboot needed.
When it came back up, fwd wasn't started because it couldn't determine the
external interface. This is the second time this has happened (first on
this particular Nokia) where the $FWDIR/conf/external.if file was gone.
Any thoughts?
