If you want a dedicated volume for your logs, mount the disk (E:) as
D:\\$FWDIR\logs. Otherwise, make a shortcut.

Subject: [FW1] writing the FW log to a different partition
Sorry to bother you all with this......
I've been tasked with researching for a way to get the firewall logs
to write to a different partition. For example, if the firewall
software resides on the D: drive, then the log files would be created
on the E: or F: drives. (Personally, my solution would be to increase
the size of the partition where the FW1 software resides, then archive
the oldest logs as required.)
I've already looked in Phoneboy and the FW1 archives but there is no
reference to this.
Thanks,
Frank
