Sorry to mention but your output is missing something.
Eighter you forgot the 4th line of output,
or you forgot to mention an expection or warning.
What we also need to verify is:
BCMath installed ?
The actual locale ( setLocale(); ) ?
Where you tested ? (Browser, Console )
The actual set timezone within the script ?
Our problem is that with the informations we got until now we were not able
to reproduce the problem.
