Corporate CLA's are agreements between Zend and the named corporation/company, while individual CLA's are agreements between Zend and the named individual. So, you should submit a new CLA since you've left the company that has an agreement with Zend. But, once you've submitted an individual CLA, you won't have to submit another one regardless of where you work!
