does not exist and is not planned from what i can see in the proposals (there is one proposal, but its inactive for many months).
if you want to use a formal migration system use Doctrine, Propel or ezcDatabaseSchema. All great components. Since ZF does not enforce a model component on you, its very easy to switch them in.
