Finally, I've found the error in my case : Commenting the HTML line below stops the double request :
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> However I don't know how to fix it ... I've been using that meta for ages, never had a problem. Seems that for that specific request it causes problems. I need to specify that the page is UTF-8 in any case.
