You could mention that the latest release is on fwknop-client package.  I kept 
the fwknop package for 1.9.x and it may have the server component too, if it 
would be automatically enabled.

$ port list fwknop\*
fwknop                         @1.9.12         net/fwknop
fwknop-client                  @2.6.1          net/fwknop-client

IIRC I left fwknop at 1.9.x to deal with any upgrading issues.
