The spark is just caused by the voltage "leaping" out to complete the
connection. Go ahead and warranty your Power Adapter, But I'm telling you, I
have a Pismo and a TiBook (both with Yo-Yo adapters) and they both spark when
I plug them in. A new adapter won't make any difference.
