I have a Pismo 400 with 512M + 64M, no cards, and no sleep problems. If
possible, try running without the card for a while and see what happens.
The only problem I had was when I had drained the battery and hadn't
noticed until it shutdown. I was playing a game that somehow blocked all
the little notifications you normally get.
