The idea of using a Powerbook for DJing occurred to me quite some time ago.
I think you could use iTunes especially with the new version with the
cross-fader.

However, I don't think a clamshell iBook would work well unless you get the
later one with FireWire. You'd definitely want to get an external FireWire
drive to hold all the songs.
