I forgot to mention before, the Sonnet card I have is the second one (the first one was very flaky and crashy), but PCNation (http://www.pcnation.com) was pretty good about exchanging it. And switching out the processor couldn't be much easier.
Sonnet has wonderful and QUICK tech support. I think Sonnet products are generally good.
