Jesse, I would consider it.

Mine fell about 50 times until the screen finally broke (I had a 
Pismo) and Apple never made mention of it. At least not until the 
screen broke.

That is reasonable use in my definition. As long as you haven't 
brought it in on a regular basis you are ok.

Funny thing: they blamed the lemoned sound board on my Pismo as 
abuse. Whatever, it was their fault. :-)
