Turning the unit in all directions while handling and even running while the 'Book is in a good Brenthaven sleeve and bag should be ok if only on occasion...running for the train/tube shouldn't kill a 'Book. We would never exercise with a TiBook, unless it's with our mind and/or fingers. 10.1.5: I hope nothing is related to this, but I'll defer to the geniuses out there. I have noticed that my mac mail app is more sluggish and will freeze if I delete several messages consecutively...the little spinning optical ball appears and momentarily freezes me. This is the reason I pause when you speculate whether the upgrade might be involved. I wish you good luck and good advice from this group. That 'Book should have a long life ahead of it. Donald
