Turning the unit in all directions while handling and even running while 
the 'Book is in a good Brenthaven sleeve and bag should be ok if only on 
occasion...running for the train/tube shouldn't kill a 'Book.
We would never exercise with a TiBook, unless it's with our mind and/or 
fingers.
10.1.5: I hope nothing is related to this, but I'll defer to the 
geniuses out there. I have noticed that my mac mail app is more sluggish 
and will freeze if I delete several messages consecutively...the little 
spinning optical ball appears and momentarily freezes me. This is the 
reason I pause when you speculate whether the upgrade might be involved.
I wish you good luck and good advice from this group. That 'Book should 
have a long life ahead of it.
