Preferences/Advanced/Scripts & Plugins Generally just turn off "open unrequested windows, move or resize existing windows, raise and lower windows". That and playing with the tabbed windows can be a godsend for screen real estate on a notebook. I know I saves me a lot of time by simply hitting "command + click" and a separate tab opens for the link behind my current page. > Aha, for I decided yesterday afternoon to do this, as well as run Disk First > Aid. I downloaded 8.6.1 from the Apple site (I have the previous version, > 8.6), but it wouldn't load, so I gave up and used the version that I have. Aaahhh well, yes if you're running 8.6.1 you could be seeing problems others aren't on OS9 or OSX... Development has slowed to a trickle on the OS9 version, let alone 8.6.1. :) Michael Bryan Bell ------------------ ICQ: 16106263 Yahoo: mhbell1 No Link for you!
