I also have had good luck with the 1GB of RAM I bought
for my Pismo from Other World Computing.  Their
service is usually good, fast and responsive.  That
said...

I unfortunatley had a VERY BAD customer service
experience with Other World on a purchase late last
year.  By the time I received the internal SCSI drive
I ordered, (4 months later) I no longer owned the
computer I had planned to install it in.

That experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I
have made all of my subsequenet purchases elsewhere.
