I can't understand why anyone would tolerate a battery that runs for 15-45
minutes a charge for long.

I'm running two separate batteries in the Kanga and each one runs for 2-3
hours a pop, possibly longer, if you're careful. And that's with Quicktime 5
and Photoshop 5.5.

Even back when I was running a 5300, I could squeeze 2.5 hours out of it
with proper management.

Also, when the batteries aren't holding a charge as long as you'd like, I
always recharge them fully, set the 'Book not to sleep, and let 'em drain
overnight. Then plug into AC and recharge fully. Go on your merry way.
