the http://tinyurl.com/1f4 URL took me also to the chaos.org page. I 
went to TinyURL and converted the long URL to a short one, and got 
this: http://tinyurl.com/1fcf, which took me to the correct page. So 
it does seem to have something to do with a cookie on my computer, or 
other arrangement unique to my situation. Too bad, I agree it looked 
like a clever idea.
